MAIN LEVEL: The living room with fireplace, the Tv area, the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. (pool level). Availability of a single room on this level.

UPPER LEVEL: A master bedroom, a queen double bedroom and a suite, which has two sofa beds (twin & double) in addition to the queen bed.All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and private verandas.

LOWER LEVEL: 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms & separate entrances. One of them can be connected with a second one (suitable for a family).

ENTRANCE LEVEL: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

POOL SUITE: The pool suite is separated from the main house and is situated on the left side of the pool. It has an excellent sea view.

FITNESS ROOM: The fitness room is situated on the upper level, outfitted with Technogym equipment, spinning bikes, weights benches and a massage bed.The space has an ensuite bathroom, a small kitchen, and a double sofa.

OUTDOORS: Outdoors there are a swimming pool with diving board, three separate sitting areas, a dining area, and a barbecue.

 An open-air movie projector and a promenade garden around the house, are located on the same area

 There is also a tennis court with nightlights and a helipad.

Villa Ophelia is a “home right out of the pages of Elle Deco”, according to one of our guests. An exquisite Paros designer villa, carved on the hillside, with stunning views and an infinity pool. An oasis of peace and tranquility, this summer home is ideal for large groups of friends and families. It is so beautifully built and superbly located that you will feel completely relaxed the moment you walk through the door.  The villa has natural surroundings, stylish, minimal interiors, and houses up to 7 guests.

Luxury, comfort, simplicity

Villa Ophelia is located on the Kantinelies hill, above the Isterni area of Paros, so you will be able to enjoy 180-degree sea views. It was built with luxury, comfort, and simplicity in mind.  The traditional exteriors hide a modern, informal, chic interior, decorated in cool white and grey tones. Its contemporary furniture is complemented by wooden and stone elements that give a touch of natural warmth.

There are two living areas and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a large wooden dining-table, ready for happy gatherings. All rooms have stunning views of the Paros landscape and the Aegean Sea.

There is a walk-in shower in one of the tastefully decorated bedrooms. All three bedrooms offer plenty of storage space and have king- and queen-sized double beds.

Stunning views, infinity pool and verandas

Walk outdoors and dip into the (shared) infinity pool, with its stunning sea and Paros views. Or take your time in the hot tub.  There is also a very well-shaded, purpose-built dining patio that is ideal for outdoor meals and celebrations. Moreover, there are shaded verandas where guests can relax in peace.   If barbeque is your thing, you will love our purpose-built, poolside shaded barbecue area. It has fantastic views over the island and the sea, and stylish outdoor furniture.

This Paros designer villa is around 30’ away from the airport and just an 8-minute drive from the town of Naousa, with its traditional Cycladic cobbled streets, multitude of bars, restaurants and shops.

Paros has many beaches you can reach easily from Villa Ophelia, the closest one less than 5 minutes away.

The nearby village of Isterni is a listed traditional settlement.

Unless you prefer to use the villa’s helipad, you will need to access the residence by car. There is free parking and a private entrance.

You will have access to the shared infinity pool and the landscaped gardens surrounding the villa.

Essentials such as towels and shampoo are provided. There is Wi-Fi, a flat screen tv and a washing machine.
