MAIN LEVEL: The living room with fireplace, the Tv area, the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. (pool level). Availability of a single room on this level.

UPPER LEVEL: A master bedroom, a queen double bedroom and a suite, which has two sofa beds (twin & double) in addition to the queen bed.All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and private verandas.

LOWER LEVEL: 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms & separate entrances. One of them can be connected with a second one (suitable for a family).

ENTRANCE LEVEL: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

POOL SUITE: The pool suite is separated from the main house and is situated on the left side of the pool. It has an excellent sea view.

FITNESS ROOM: The fitness room is situated on the upper level, outfitted with Technogym equipment, spinning bikes, weights benches and a massage bed.The space has an ensuite bathroom, a small kitchen, and a double sofa.

OUTDOORS: Outdoors there are a swimming pool with diving board, three separate sitting areas, a dining area, and a barbecue.

 An open-air movie projector and a promenade garden around the house, are located on the same area

 There is also a tennis court with nightlights and a helipad.

The villa is built with emphasis on space and comfort, featuring a total of eight bedrooms located in the main house and in two separate guest quarters. Living spaces are voluminous and conceived with large window openings filling the interiors with natural light as well as with stunning sea view.
